Service Review on Promasque

So I have a Promasque XDK, I have used it now for about 6 months , I went from a Sportmask Razor which I can’t say anything bad about. The reason I switch over to the Promasque is twofold. One Matt the Owner of Promasque is about 20 minutes from my house in Mass and I can drive up to see him pretty much whenever I need too. Two Matt himself is a super nice guy; we wants to talk shop just as much as the next guy (goalie). I have been up to his shop 6 times now. I have gone up with Kohomcm when he is buying a new mask and a new C/A and last weekend with GuitarGoalie where I need a new cage and some sweatbands. Matt gave me exactly what I wanted for a price I can beat. Matt is always will to go the extra mile to make sure that you walk away happy. Each time I have dealt with Matt he has been nothing but super. He is very knowledgeable about mask and pads. He is always happy to show you the history of Promasque, he has a wall and goes through the history of his mask making over the years which is pretty cool. I always look forward to going up to see Matt and cannot speak enough good things about him.

Your right about Matt. We talked for about a half hour on the phone about how lucky we are to be working at jobs that we love bcause they are also our hobbies, me comic books, when I ordered my mask with all the fixings. Got the sizing right as well as my whacked out paint job which included my Grandfathers portrait. I recomend anyone looking for a new mask to at least give Matt a call or check out his web site. From my experience he is the Scott Battram of masks.

Matt is the greatest to deal with!! My son is on his 4th ProMasque (growth reasons) in 10 years - every time you call you're dealing with the owner himself, not some customer service lackey as is the case with some of the other manufacturers. Matt always returns your e-mail and phone calls promptly. Service is fast and he LOVES to talk hockey.

We purchased 2 Classique models and 2 XDK models - both models served perfectly, the XDK is a little lighter abeit stronger mask then the Classique.

If you call Matt tell him Leonard from New Jersey recommended his product. Matt puts out a great product, he backs it up and his painter is 1st class.

since I just mothballed my Eddy GT made in '98 (stress fracture in the shell), I may have to get another ProMasque made to back up my current Classique!

The review on his service is ok. But it's hard to read. it's one simple block of text. Usually a good review will have headings, Ratings and be broken up into segments and paragraphs which follow a logical order.

the better the review, the easier it is to read, the more people will read it and the more people will look for it for advice to buying masks.
