I am on my third set of Battram's (I think I had one of the first sets when Scott started in his Parent's basement --I believe that is the story).
They are great for me since I am short and have small hands and have trouble finding equipment in my size that is also good quality and can protect me. I may fit in junior gear, but I am definitely not playing at the junior level. The gear has kept me safe as I play against mostly men, but have also played at USA Hockey National Championship in the Women's C division.
The ability to customize the size is ideal for me. My latest set contains the logo from my recreation team that travels to a variety of tournaments--The Big Fat Flying Pigs. We wear pink jerseys and now I have pink and black gear with the pig on it to match.
