Here's an old picture of me with the Rock. It was on Musique Plus (French MuchMusic or MTV), a couple of years ago. I had long hair back then a I was lighter, around 180-185 compare to 215-220 pounds now. Not seen on tyhe picture but who were there too, Jeff Jarrett, Val Venis, Mark Henry and actor Michael Clark Duncan.

I just saw on the Florida news while down here, that Andrew Martin 33 was found dead in his Tampa Apt.

You will remember him for his TEST character in WWE

Don't worry, I never did recreative drugs in my life (never even tried any), never smoked a cigarette and took pain killers only when prescribed by a real doctor, on real injuries.

So I'm safe. Most wrestlers died due to an addiction to pain killers, that's what's killing them. It hardens the heart's arteries (so the arteries are shrinking) so the heart has to pump harder and since the herart is a muscle, it grows. But unlike all muscles, when the heart grows, it doesn't get thicker, it is like a balloon, when it grows, it's walls get thinner.

So, usually, they die of a massive heart attack, meaning the heart completely tears. Nothing to do against that, even if you got a doctor beside you. And it's fast, they found Eddie Guerrero on the ground with hios stooth brush still in his mouth, meaning he haven't even saw it coming.

Road Warrior Hawk, Rick Rude, Mr. Perfect Kurt Hennig, Eddie Guerrero, Brian Pillman, Davey Boy Smith, Eddie Gilbert and who else, all died of massive heart attacks. Why, they were all well known pain killers addicts.

The problem isn't even steroids, because if that was the case, all pro bodybuilders would die young too, but that's not the case. Why, when injured, they have time to heal and have no tradition of pain killing pills.

Here's the thing, yesterday we had a show where me and my partner won a 10 teams battle royal for the T.O.W. tag belts. Then, at the intermission, during his induction to the Wrestling Hall Of Fame, we jumped Rick "The Model" Martel in the back and beat him up. La Resistance (former WWE tag champions) made the save and Challenged us for the belts for a anything goes match for the main event.

So, great match with former WWE champs and when we had them beat, Martel came to made the save beat me up real good and helped La Resistance (Sylvain Grenier and Rob Conway) to win the match!

Just so you know, Martel is my all-time idol, there was Hogan/Martel/Hart. One of the greatest night in my life. Here's a picture in the back after the show where we're all showing... arrogance.

If you're interested to see a complete match, look here:

That's my most recent match vs former WWE superstar, Robbie McAllister from the Highlanders. Old school wrestling in Oshawa, Ontario.

Robbie is a cool guy, I have chatted with him a few times at the local 7-11 when I am in there late at night dropping off shipments to the mail depot there.

Here's a good question that I've always wondered, without including your labour time for designing it, just having a belt like that built... how much does it run? I'm thinking a good $1,000-$1,500 but I don't know, I wouldn't be surprised if it's more if it's all metal plates like that.

Hope you don't mind me asking, just curious, and do you have a special place make it, or just a trophy place?

The belt makers usually charges upon who you are. We're paying 1500US$ for our belts, but for the same thing, WWE pays 10,000US$ to 20,000$. Why, because WWE will make money out of it on action figures, replica belts and toy belts.

Do you know if the wrestlers still have to put a Deposit on the belt when they win it? Not so much the guys in your organization but in the WWE etc??? I remember reading once where they take a 10,000 deposit on the belts. Didnt know if it was just a work or real...

Not in WWE and never in the past WWf because WWE isn't a group of territory, it's a promotion on it's own. The NWA was different because other than on paper, it was just a name to regroup the numerous territories in the past and Jim Crockett was the owner of the concept and name. Few stars had Crockett contracts but others were all part of a territory.

The NWA Champ had to put a 50,000$ deposit on the belt because he was travelling on it's own going from territory to territory. That's also why Flair kept the NWA belt when he joined the WWF in 1991, NWA folded, Crockett sold his promotion to Ted Turner and nobody gave the 50 grand back to Flair so Flair kept it.

Poor Ric, he could have added another nice Rolex to his collection had he got his 50 grand back!

Is that the same belt he used as collateral on a loan from High Spots, who when not paid back was going to sell the belt on Ebay, but then a court order or something stopped them from selling it???
